If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items must be returned within\u00a0<strong>30 days<\/strong>\u00a0of the delivery date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be returned in original packaging where possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards, clearance items, and personalized\/custom orders are\u00a0<strong>non-refundable<\/strong>\u00a0unless defective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Worn or damaged items due to customer misuse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items without original tags or packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final sale \/ clearance items (marked as non-returnable at purchase)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Initiate a Return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact us at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:fjqkxnsyxa@iubridge.com\">fjqkxnsyxa@iubridge.com<\/a>\u00a0with your order number and reason for return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ship the item(s) back to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5\u20137 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Methods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds will be issued to the\u00a0<strong>original payment method<\/strong>\u00a0used at checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original shipping costs are\u00a0<strong>non-refundable<\/strong>\u00a0unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
